What is private message?
A private message allows for members to communicate privately in the context of a conversation. Whilst the messages are shown in the channel, they are not sent by SMS to the contact. They remain only a little note in the midst of the text conversation to assist you make an email in regards to the proceedings yourself and other members. It could be helpful to ask a concern to another member and get an answer without leaving the page. For solo plans, you can record actions taken or conclusions after a conversation is finished.
A couple of notes on private messages: private message are available for many subscription plans
The username, profile picture and a time stamp will undoubtedly be displayed with the private message message to show which user added the private message
Use the @ symbol to say a member in an exclusive note. The active members names will show above the writing box, you can select a consumer from the list.

private messages don't count towards your total monthly SMS/MMS allowance
Creating a private note
It's easy! You need to use the global 'Create' button from anywhere in the applying to take a private message:
Share your note
Since private messages are in essence regular messages, you are able to decide to share them with whomever you'd like, crafting the privacy settings to your needs.
For instance, it might sound right to generally share the note above with Stan. In case you wanted to create anything that's very personal and should not be visible to Stan, you may take two notes: One on your own eyes only, and one that's shared with Stan.
Revisiting Notes
Beneath the performance review form there's a case that highlights data from within Small Improvements. All of your messages about Stan will automatically appear underneath Stan's performance review form.
